How to Training AI chatbot with Slack

Slack is a communication platform designed for team collaboration. It organizes conversations into channels, supports file sharing, and integrates with various tools, enabling efficient teamwork and real-time messaging.

Prerequisites

• Make sure you have enabled Slack integrations, if you not you enable by following our documentation on Slack Integration Setup.

• Next, ensure you have a dedicated channel on Slack.

Steps to Training with Slack

1. From Training Section, Go to "others"

2. Click on the Slack icon.

3. A pop-up box will appear.

1. Please fill in all the details.

2. For IDs:

• Go to the Slack channel.

• Select your channel.

• Right-click on your channel and choose "View app details."

• Pop up appear , On bottom you find channel id

5. Paste that id on Ids field.

6. You can change the Timeframe, Model, add Instruction.

7. Click on "Create Job" button
