Go To Training, then Click on FAQ
Add the a Question and Answer to your FAQ
Click on 'Add New'
How to bulk import FAQ's
To train chatbot with multiple FAQ's, Follow these steps:
Go to the FAQ in the training section.
Now click on import
Add Your Json file, which consists all your FAQs.
How to Export own FAQ file
To Export your FAQs, follow these steps:
Go To Training, then Click on FAQs
From here, click on Export button
