Train Your AI Agent with Zoho Desk Data
Connect Zoho Desk and create a training job to train your AI agent
This guide covers the steps to connect your Zoho account and create a new training job for your AI agent. Follow the instructions below to configure the integration and initiate the training process smoothly.
1. Go to Training Dashboard
Click on Training in Sidebar.
Go to Others and choose Zoho.
2. Get Your Credentials
Login to Zoho.
Go to your ZohoDesk.
Click on Settings.
Choose the API in Developer Space.
Copy your Org Id.
3. Create New Job
Click on Create New Job.
Select your Region.
Fill all the Credentials & add the Job Name.
Select the AI Model for Training.
Add instruction for AI if you need.
Click on Create Job button.
Zoho Job is created.
Navigate to Learning Data by clicking on the Job name.
4. View your learning from Zoho
Go to the Zoho Learning option.
Click the Train button to train the data.
