Set Up Separate Bots for Staging, Production with Duplicate Bot
Duplicating your AI agent helps you test safely and maintain distinct chatbot environments. Follow these straightforward steps from your YourGPT dashboard:
Go the YourGPT Project Dashboard.
Select the AI agent you want to duplicate.
Click the options icon (⋮) next to your chosen AI agent and select Duplicate.
Provide a clear, descriptive name for your new bot (e.g., "SupportBot – Staging" or "SupportBot – Production").
Review settings, persona, and training data to ensure they align with your new bot's purpose.
Click Save to finalise duplication and begin using your new AI agent.
